Intellectual Pursuits

St Andrew’s Cathedral School offers a wide range of co-curricular activities to keep our students actively engaged. In addition to creative arts and sport, St Andrew’s students can get involved in intellectual activities including debating, chess and mock trial groups. These activities are all designed to stimulate the mind and improve problem solving or public speaking skills.

Team Building and Competitions

St Andrew’s students have had a number of successes in inter-school and state based competitions where our students have had a great deal of fun pitching their skills and sharpening their minds against other school teams in chess, debating and mock-trial situations.
