Enrolment Form
The enrolment application form must be completed and returned to the Registrar, accompanied by copies of the student's three (3) most recent School reports (if the student commences withing 2 years) and payment of the non-refundable application fee of $130.00.
For overseas students, please include details of your Medibank Private card, a copy of your passport and visa, three (3) recent school reports in English and the non-refundable application fee of $450.00.

To print the Enrolment Application Form you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded from the Adobe website.
