Enrolment Procedure
Thank you for taking the time to view the School enrolment procedure. I realise this is an important step to take, so please be assured of my full support through this process.
Availability of places can vary depending on the year of entry. There are different requirements associated with students wishing to enter the School from overseas.
Contact the Registrar's Office (02 9286 9500) at any time if you have any questions or are unsure of what to do next.
Resident Students
- The Enrolment Application Form must be completed and returned to the Registrar, accompanied by copies of the student's three most recent School reports (should the student commence within two years) and payment of the non-refundable application fee of $130.00.
- The School will then confirm in writing the status of your child's application.
- Approximately eight to 12 months prior to the desired commencement date (if places are available), parents will be contacted to arrange a formal interview with the Registrar, who will outline the School's facilities and subjects, discuss educational matters with your son or daughter, and provide a brief tour of the School.
- If the application is successful, you will receive a formal letter of offer from the Head of School.
- The offer is confirmed, when the documents are signed and returned with payment of a non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $2,500.00.
Full Fee Paying Overseas Students
The Enrolment Application Form must be completed and returned to the Registrar, accompanied by copies of the student's three most recent School reports, details of Medibank Private card, a copy of the student's passport and visa, and payment of the non-refundable application fee of $450.00.
The School will then confirm in writing the status of your child's application.
- If places are available, parents/guardians will be contacted to arrange a formal interview with the Registrar, who will outline the School's facilities and subjects, discuss educational matters with your son or daughter, and briefly tour the School.
- Prior to this interview, all Overseas students must meet the School's minimum standard for English. This is achieved by sitting for a special test either in Australia or in the country of origin.
- If the application is successful, you will receive a formal letter of offer from the Head of School and an Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (ECoE). This ECoE is used to obtain or extend a student visa.
- The offer is confirmed, when the documents are signed and returned with payment of a non-refundable Enrolment Fee and Holding Fee. The holding fee will be credited to you in its entirety, following settlement of the student's final account.
