St Andrew’s Cathedral School named Five Star Employer of Choice.
St Andrew’s Cathedral School has once again been named 2025 Employer of Choice by The Educator, affirming the School’s commitment to providing the best possible workplace for its staff.
The Employer of Choice report recognises Australia’s best schools from the perspective of employee experience – evaluating a number of metrics, including benefits, culture, employee development and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
In February, The Educator asked various schools to fill in details about outstanding programmes they currently have in place. The next step was an anonymous employee survey which asked staff to personally evaluate their workplace. The Educator then handpicked 25 schools that have gone above and beyond to support, train, develop and retain their staff.
