St Andrew’s Cathedral School has a number of policies to ensure the safety, protection and wellbeing of those in our community. The purpose of this policy is to set out how the School manages personal information and rights in relation to personal information, including how to complain and how we deal with complaints.

About our Complaints Handing Policy

The School welcomes feedback from all members of the School community and takes complaints and concerns seriously.  The School is committed to handing complaints effectively and efficiently in a manner which is underpinned by principles of procedural fairness, mutual respect and a spirit of cooperation. The Complaints Handling Policy sets out the approach of the School in handling complaints made in respect of our services and / or operations or about the behaviour and / or decisions of a staff member.

The School provides staff and the broader School community access to the Procedures for Handling Allegations of Staff Misconduct and Reportable Conduct. This document sets out the steps to be taken to report incidents or concerns about staff misconduct and reportable conduct.
