St Andrew’s Cathedral School has three libraries dedicated to providing a warm, welcoming open-plan environment, and lunchtimes are often busy with students reading, studying, chatting and playing games together.
Library services are focused on resourcing and servicing the needs of each student at their stage and level of learning. The libraries are open before, during, and after school. Each library offers spaces for teaching, quiet reading, as well as private study and meeting areas. The libraries aim to be flexible and future-focused to meet the changing learning and information needs of our students. Teacher librarians collaborate with class teachers and work closely with classes to ensure student information needs are met. Our collections include books, magazines, and a range of online resources and databases for students and staff.
