Graphic designer Nicole Pincaro loved reading James Clear's 'Atomic Habits' so much that she decided to start a book club with staff from St Andrew's Cathedral School."Though I'm not a teacher and though I don't have a formal leadership role, I know I can be a leader and I've been given opportunities to grow in that space."Staff from a range of departments - teaching, finance, marketing and facilities - jumped at Nic's idea and joined her book club.Nic's biggest learning?..."If you have an idea, go for it! Talk to your leaders about it and more often than not, at St Andrew's Cathedral School, they will empower you to go for it."
